Returning Goods

Not completely satisfied or ordered the wrong size/colour? You can return any unworn items (in their original condition) within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund. This doesn’t affect your right to return faulty items.

Simply fill in the form on our Contact Page highlighting you require to return goods and we will email you a returns slip for you to send goods back to us.

Our returns process is simple, just use the returns note we email you and follow the steps below:

Select the reason for the item(s) you are returning.
Fill in the details on the returns note including the order number.
Tear off the completed returns note and place it inside the parcel with the item(s) you are returning (this is really important as we can’t action a refund without it).
Or if you would like an exchange for a different size, please let us know.
Return your parcel using your preferred method (recorded delivery preferably). Please be aware that we don’t offer free returns. Postage is paid by the sender and will not be refunded by us.
Keep your proof of return until you receive confirmation we have received the returned goods, and you have been refunded. You will receive a refund within 28 days to the payment method that you used to place your order.

We refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Items that are not returned in line with the above policy may not be refunded, or may be refunded at the last/current selling price, or may be retained by us. We take pride in the garments we sell and although our garments might not find a loving home with one customer, it goes on to find one with another, so be kind and send all garments back just as you got them - each garment is precious and a lot of love goes into making them.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form on our Contact Page with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
